Graduated in product design from Offenbach am Main University of Art and Design. Studies focused on consumer behaviour (giving up products), handling items and things (sustainability) and identity.

2000–2011
ID4 brand agency – comprehensive brand/product development for Scout, logstoff.com, zwei, Chiemsee, addcube, Fichtekranz, Bauerfeind, Caparol, Resopal, Varian, Oka, Software AG Stiftung. Various European university projects with branding by logstoff.com. Supervision of various dissertations in industrial design.

Since 2011
Dialog-plan brand agency – dialogue results in a new focus on brand change processes through the integration of values, culture and content. Training as a systemic advisor and certification as an advisor with the 9 Levels Institute for Value Systems and unternehmensWert: Mensch.

Since 2013
tingtool – discussing to the point: a moderated discussion tool to better structure both real and digital conversations, to link them and make them more productive and efficient at finding solutions. Develops the topics, tasks and decisions facing communities, associations, universities, schools and groups.
